I will never understand groups of people invading another country thinking that we owe them the basics of life for free. I agree 100% When my ancestors arrived from Austria/Hungary at Ellis Island back in 1905 they had to go through a full health inspection, you had to have a travel Visa for each family member, have a sponsor and supply name/address and have enough money per family member to buy a return ticket if they didn’t pass the border qualifications. They were not given one penny, no food, no clothes, no transportation. This is how it was for all immigrants. I do a lot of genealogy research and all these questions are on immigration documents. Fascinating to read the procedures and we obviously need to put them back in place! We owe all these illegals NOTHING! They are NOT asylum seekers. You can’t claim economic asylum just because you want to live in a rich country. They also LIE about walking 5000 miles to get here. You want me to honestly believe that you showed up at the border wearing what you have with your tiny children and expect me to believe you’ve been walking in the jungle for four months? LIES! Most are overweight, have new clothes, new phones, new shoes, hair styled. Nobody ever has a water bottle or appears sweaty or dirty. They also have no luggage. Many actually flew here and landed in 46 different airports. They don’t speak ANY English and have a entitlement attitude! They are NOT coming from a war torn country. I love how the ones being interviewed say they have their family “back home” while they come here to sponge off the US taxpayers and will be sending all the money home. Besides Mexicans, Guatemalans, and Hondurans, there is indeed an influx of Venezuelans. If you're prepared to accept 40-60k (and counting ) people from every Latin American/Caribbean country on a monthly basis, then you're probably not the United States. And Mexico has traditionally been the only Latin American country to take deportees from the US. I doubt they want all deported Venezuelans just dumped there, so somehow the US has convinced at least Venezuela to take their deportees back.
