As an immigrant myself who escaped Vietnam in the 80's with my family as a child, I can relate to these people. People are looking for better lives so don't judge until you walk in their shoes. The journey of getting out is never easy. Yes, life is not easy here in America but hell, certainly a lot better than where they come from.

Some of the funniest, most honest and Hardest working people I’ve met, they’ve been here 10 days and already have found work. Something one of them said that will stick with me is when I asked “why did you come to X city of all places? Did you have a choice?” He said “it is the city that welcomed me so here I am” - that’s something you would never hear an American say. We have American citizens who are perfectly capable of working that claim disability, stand on a corner and beg, or e-beg etc. - and people still have the nerve to say “they’re stealing our jobs” One guy even bought a cheap car here and said it was his first time driving a car, he asked questions about the car and what type of gas he should use I helped him out. All they want is a better life for themselves and their family. Some are even sending supplies and money back to their family.

Actually, you have millions of undocumented immigrants who pay taxes every year that will not claim a single benefit because they are not able to pay pay Social Security that they will never benefit from, and this bolsters the general fund the Social Security fund. America does not neglect its homeless Americans, or our children who are hungry for lack of funds. There is a lack of political will to offer assistance assistance that we used to give has been pruned down over and over they say why aren’t you helping the homeless and then when you try to save the homeless they say why are you not helping the veterans and so you try to save the veterans and then while you’re trying to help veterans they say what are you doing about the border and you try to draft legislation to reform immigration and fund border security and then they say no we don’t want this problem fixed because we want to run on peoples dissatisfaction that the border is not being fixed each is a red herring each is whataboutism, but really, there’s no endgame to that because ultimately, they want people to be dissatisfied to prove that governments cannot solve problems so that they can reduce taxes on the very wealthiest of Americans and the most profitable corporations. That way they buy and sell politicians until we have not capitalism but late stage corporatism another oligarchy. What have you done to help homeless Americans? What have you done to help food and security for America’s children or is it just convenient to have these problems around so that you don’t have to address other problems.

Furthermore if u wanna "help" them so much send aid to the countries of their orgin instead of encouraging them to flee. And stop saying we are a nation of immigrants that is not true. That came after Foundational Black Americans were exploited for centuries for their free labor. Now these people wanna run here and get free hand outs. No, stay where u at and build up ur own nations. This is a mess. And its not a humanitarian crisis. They know how to be wickeldy wise with how they word things to tug at our heartstrings. This is America simply loooking to exploit another source of "free" labor. And laslty this is NOT THE "WHOLE STORY" its what yall want us to beleive. Well im not buying it. GOD bless em as i certianly feel for other people who are suffering. But my people have suffered in this land far longer and have yet to be compensated for it.
