It's crazy to see and know that such young men were sent to the beaches of Normandy and saw such horrible things, fought so bravely only so people could trash all the freedoms they fought for. And now in their old age we disgrace them and show no gratitude for their sacrifices. Cool video. The 29th Army Rangers uniform really got me.

One of my older friends was a ranger in one of the first landing crafts going to a place at the end of Omaha Beach. One of a handful to survive. That is until a car wreck got him o er 25 years ago. Two other guys I knew were in Hawaii on December 6th. 50 years ago I was with the 101st.

29th division rangers? what is that all about? I cant find anything on a real unit like that that existed. Theres the 29th ranger battalion but they were not attached to the 29th ID at all and would not have their insignia on sleeve and helmet. I can't find any info on ranger units within the 29ID. Why is he wearing a wooly brown jacket instead of an M41 Jacket? I have many questions.

The Marine's shirt should have been frayed and rotted. Those men fought as their clothes rotted away in the humid jungle climate.

Poor showing. You should show the uniforms, front and back, front head to foot. You’re missing too many details of the uniforms.
