Well I'm late to the party, but thanks for sharing this. Somehow I've overlooked it while searching. This is the first version of this song I ever heard, and as far as I was concerned, while they are all good, none of the others stand up to it. The recording made from the Radio One broadcast itself actually has the phrase "Radio One" in it during I think the first break in lyrics. Other than that minor difference, this is definitely one and the same. Love it.

FYI The Original official Radio One mix version has an audio station ID bumper insert at about the 2:25 of the second bridge to stop it from being shared by other broadcast entities. that is not heard in this one. It premiered on the Nightime Scott Mills show back on October 21, 2002
