Interesting, well to me anyway, saw them in 1987 live at the SECC Glasgow. In the afternoon we were just walking around the venue and suddenly we heard music, it was U2 rehearsing Christmas in Hollis!! played in this video, this was in July, and i think it appeared that year in a Christmas compilation of various artists. :-)

A piece of music history, to keep well and safe among our U2 souls and archives ❤Some songs easily could/should have made the R&H album, at least a remastered R&H video. The Unforgettable Fire is and sounds amazing, so does Spanish Eyes, but the song that should have made it because it was simply unique in the way it was performed, Mothers of the disappeared !!

I wish they would release a huge mother load box set of complete series of live full concerts and everything else behind the scenes on dvd Blu Ray for rattle and rum. It would be so sweet there's enough footage they said for 12 films of movies worth in rattle and hum the book.
