They have only played it a few times, and it was inspired of a very hard and sad break up that The Edge had, back then. In fact it was so hard that they decided not to play it anymore. The song is a true masterpiece and it’s a shame they never play it anymore. Try and search for a band called Lemon, as they play it really good live! It s been arranged By, I thik would be Bryan Eno. Listen in paralell with the studio piece, and there are movés in the tempo, good job BONO. Goog Job, though this song does not need backing vocals. It IS much stronger/ dramatic just with BONO. Nth. Against Edge, just changes slighly the profound Soul of the song. I HAve been waitimg 30 years to Heard this I knew these song was somethig else in many terms. I Am a HUMBLE Tenor, and to me, this song IS " porcelana china" beautiful but delicate. Always thought this song would be historia. Still do. We ll see versions even in opera- Theatre. Not easy for a Live Group, but this version, Bonos interpretación is bleeding good, and Edges ( guiitar) cover makes a nices VALS. The backing vocals .. not needed.. to me. Bono works sweet well and enjoys his resources and feelings. HUGE. Ig
