People complaining about U2 being political is like people complaining that the sun is hot. They've been that way from the beginning. If you don't like it, don't listen, or go to the shows. As a massive u2 fan who rates Ultraviolet as one of my top 5 u2 songs ever, I am very disappointed with what they have done here. This song is about the Holy Spirit, and the song somehow loses a lot of meaning with the feminist angle they are putting on it. The images of all those women also detracts from what this song stands for.

I've been a U2 fan for well over 22 years now....but fuck this bullshit. One of my favorite tracks drowning in the bullshit going on behind it. To consistently throw political bullshit into classic tracks is so incredibly obnoxious (yeah I get it, U2 has always been a political band but to alter a songs meaning to cover an agenda kills me).
