この曲を聞くと何故か涙が出ます。18歳の頃U2がビルの屋上で演奏してるMTVをTVで見てすぐrecord shopに走りThe Joshua Treeのrecordをお小遣いで購入して人生のふしめ何度も年を重ねても聞いていました。今でも音源はCDですがそうです。私の悩める青春時代を支えてくれたU2の楽曲の一つです。

A U2 concert is an almost transcendant experience...there's something much more going down than just a band playing songs and people enjoying the show. I highly recommend that anyone with even a minor affinity for U2 to go see them live while they're still around. Bands like this don't come along but once in a couple of generations and you'll come out of the concert buzzing from your insides out. Transcendant indeed.
