Not everyone is going to be happy with whoever OU hired, but in my opinion I think Arbuckle will work. He’s going to work with BB that knows “air raid”, Emmett Jones coached in a “air raid” system at Texas Tech and Demarco played in a somewhat of an “air raid” system and all of them have had success coaching in those systems. I think Arbuckle and the staff will work out really well and I think the players are going to play well in the schemes and system. I understand “only time will tell” but I think Arbuckle is going to do well at OU

I really don’t understand our 5-star talent misses or under development. Not sure which it is. Not sure Jackson Arnold will ever pan out. Instead of getting a DE in the portal, year 3 for PJ SHOULD be him being developed and ready to dominate. Peyton Bowen…not sure I heard his name 5 times this season. Whereas, 5-stars are starting and killing it as true freshmen at a lot of places.

Joe Jon probably needs to go. But if you push out Demarco? That room will be decimated next year. Barnes, Robinson, Tatum, Blaylock, maybe Sawchuk still and a transfer, that becomes just Robinson, probably a worse caliber transfer, and Andy Bass. I’ll take the talent in that squad for next year, and if there’s still lack of development, DeMarco might be looking for another job after next year anyways. But the hope is that Arbuckle can utilized the RBs better in his offense than Seth/JJ did

Exactly do you want paid for play? JA is a prime example pay cut will be from $1 million to like everyone else 50,000/maybe another 50 based on performance and production.!!! The players, who have too many influences in their life, do not understand the premise of making it to the NFL, and they have to realize their chances are slim and none and Slim left the building !!! Anderson at this point it’s not draftable two out of three years he’s been shelved by injuries with roster sizes in the NFL. Nobody will take that chance and Dion Berks is maybe a third or fourth round draft choice it would be better if he came back.!!! Example look at the receivers that Mississippi had that Tennessee had that LSU had. They looks like NFL linebackers around 4.4 ???
