I can really appreciate the sweat resistant ear cups! For years, I have used the Skull Candy Crushers w/ haptic bass. By far, my favorite over-the-ear headphones ever! But the smell of the leather got SO BAD that I bought a second pair. I tried everything. I took them off and washed them. I used febreeze, ozium, air freshener, etc. The smell of rotting gym clothes never went away.

I have had many gym headphones and the Project Rock headphones take the cake. They dont slide off like Beats, the sound is fantastic, the gyro in them to pause when lifting the headset is amazing. On top of it, I got these for free!!!! I was experiencing the insane beeping for about a month then downloaded the app. I am hoping it removes that bug.

I pretty sure these connect to the JBL EQ app. They even have a setting that was supposedly made by the Rock. I would have really liked to hear your opinion after connecting them to the app and adding more bass.

The main issue I had with the first version was the fact that it was "On-Ear" and not over the ear (and small bass). I was hoping this new version would knock it out of the park with the bass but for some reason, JBL don't be hearing us when it comes to the bass in their headphones that I've owned in the past. We need more over-the-ear gym headphones with mesh cups. But Imma need JBL to "CALM DOWN" (with the lack of bass lol)
