Congratulations. I have been following you since you started these videos. We both started uagc ( formerly Ashford) around the same time. I'm so excited because I graduate with a bachelor's in psychology this August 🙂. I'll also be starting the masters in psychology program by the end of August. So happy for you and all of us graduates

We did it!! Good luck with your program! Make sure the degree meets the state/country requirements to practice in the area of psychology that you want to! That's just for any school. Good luck!!!!

Ok so I graduated from UAGC back in May of 22 also. And I wanted to know know do you think Bellevue is better? Class structure wise? I’m going back for a different BA and Bellevue has what I’m looking for. I like the structure of UAGC and the ease but I’m a little worried about changing schools.

Hi! To answer your question if you want structure stay with UAGC. Bellevue gives you more flexibility but still has structure. I would encourage you to weigh options of going for another BA compared to getting a Masters. Also would consider comparing a few more schools to UAGC and Bellevue. The reason I personally would go back to Bellevue is because the content of the program/classes tend to line up with what my end goal is compared to UAGC I needed the degree. Hope this helps, don’t forget to network!

@@thesagecc thank you so much for the info. The only reason I’m getting another BA is because I’m changing career fields altogether. I’ve got a BA in business leadership from UAGC and Bellevue has a biology BA I’ve been wanting to do. I’m in Houston so I can’t physically go to either college to get more hands on. However my job pays for it so if I do get a mastered it will be in biology more than business.

Are the degrees accredited there?
@thesagecc2 жыл бұрын
Yes acreedited by CHEA and specifically WASC. The specific degree you want may require an additional stamp of approval but the university as a whole is.

@@thesagecc I think I understand. How would I know if my degree will need an additional stamp of approval?
@thesagecc2 жыл бұрын
@@newlynatural9937 Usually things like accounting, law, psychology or something that requires you to pass an exam AFTER graduation will require an additional stamp of approval. For example, if you want to be a psychologist you have to have education and pass an exam, the school has to be accredited which it is, and the APA (American Psychological Association) must say "yes, this school meets our standards" which I am not sure is true/false, just an example.
