There is proof on Bellingcat and other sources that a Russian kh101 missile hit the children's hospital, there are photos of missile fragments in the rubble of the hospital, missile engine fragment, a fragment of a kh101 wing deployment mechanism and a fragment of a jamming unit of a Kh-101 Missile.
