UB+3 is more than a Launch Punisher

Frontier what is hwoarang best mid on block to use on approach/ playing the neutral game he struggles in the neutral...and the only thing i can think of is jfsr...any tips or suggestions??

6:52 the notation is a bit off. it should go UB+3,3 S! LFS 1 FF+4 RFF 3 LFF 123 1 (dash) 123 LFS B3 if I'm not mistaken. my lazy 'optimal damage' go-to combo is UB+3,3 S! LFS DF+3,F LFS 2 RFF F+3 LFS UF3+4 4,4,3 (62). Seems to be consistent, and I just suck at 123 dashes 😅
