I still favor 12 as an i10 punish for the pressure and the range, the 2 jab is too short to punish King's high power crush for example. I think it has a niche as a safe fast damaging NH high check up close though. Not sure how to apply the wall stagger effect but that is good to know.

Come on man. Who even use uf3+4,f in neutral? One can use it after instant standing towards opponent that run towards to stop pressure or as a whiff punish in out of range scenarious... rarely. Otherwise it's just a combo filler. But in case someone choose to use it, I would recommend to go into df3,f into something or just continue df3 cancels into safety.
