The islands are still some of the most beautiful destinations in the world and the impact, while catastrophic to some areas, is now minimal.
When it comes to paradise, the Caribbean is up there with the best of them. So, when the world watched as hurricanes Irma, Jose and Maria swept through the region earlier this year, we hoped that these idyllic islands would bounce back. Through a huge recovery effort across the affected islands, and the support of Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Holidays, the UK Department for International Development and the One Caribbean Family initiative, the Caribbean is still open for business and ready to welcome you and make your holiday one to remember.
