Vikings likes to mix certain historical figures together. Example Hvitserk and Guthrum, Halfdan the Black and Halfdan Ragnarsson, even Ubbe and Leif Ericsson (the Viking that discovered America and the son of Erik the Red). I feel like that if there is going to be a spin-off series, then the witches child is going to be named Eric and his character is going to be a mixture of Eric Bjornsson (son of Bjorn Ironside) and Eric Bloodaxe (son of Harald Finehair).

@@brendanrobins128 you are exactly right, and I'm sure you understand why the show chose to mix and match as irl ubbe or ubba Ragnarsson died in battle fighting in Devon and it was he, Ivar and halfdan (hvitserk) who invaded England.
