Hi Everyone! Today I’m sharing you guys a very simple and delicious recipe. Cassava cake is something that We Filipinos loved! Usually they make it without the Ube flavor but since I love Ube Flavor I decided to add it into the cake and it turned out really good. Hope you guys enjoy it! Thanks for watching!

Ube Cassava Cake
Ingredients:
Grated Cassava 716g (3 cups)
Melted Margarine melted 41g (3/4 cup)
Condensed milk 250g (1 cup)
Evaporated milk 254g (1 cup)
Eggs 2 each
Salt 6g (1 tspn)
Ube extract 23g (2 Tblspn)
Vanilla extract 1 Tblspn
Ube food coloring
Coconut milk 265g (1 1/4 cup)
Ube powder 15g (1 Tblspn)
Sugar 93g (1/3 cup)
Topping:
Coconut milk 113g (1/2 cup)
Yolks 2
Condensed milk 1 1/4 cup
