I made this recipe with allulose ( a sugar substitute because I am diabetic) and made my own sweetened condensed milk without sugar. I didn't know about the frozen coconut milk but went down to my local store and found the same brand you use. This low sugar ube jam turned out excellent. Thank you for posting ❤️

Yan ang tunay na Ube halaya . May nabili kami sa filipino store may halong parng glutinous rice na nilgyn ng ube color lasang lasa yung hilaw na bigas .
