Ube Puto Flan
Puto flan was trending 3 years ago and the combination of these two recipe are incredible. You can make the puto in different colors so it will look more festive. The recipe is perfect for Filipino holidays and you can give these as gifts. This is also ideal for Christmas business because the appearance is so appetizing.
For todays video we will make the Ube Puto flan flavor. I really like making ube flavor desserts specially when Holidays are coming up. I always feel that ube flavor is perfect for Christmas. This recipe is very easy and you can make it at home.
Leche flan:
5 eggs(large)
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
300ml condensed milk
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp yellow food color(or less)
Ube puto:
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 1/2 tbsp baking powder
3 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup milk powder
300ml ube condensed milk
additional:
ube halaya
cheese
