I'm really frustrated. The app had me pick up two orders. I went to the first and everything was fine. After the first delivery there was no way to tell the app that the delivery was made. I was able to tell off the app where my 2nd ddelivery was supposed to go but it wouldn't show me the address because I couldn't confrim the first. I thought something was wrong so the instructions were to shut my phone down. So I did. It took over 20 minmutes to log back in. Finally a guy walked out and I asked him. I was at the right address so I dropped it off. Now it's like my first delivery just dissappeared. It never gave me credit for it. I have no idea what to do now. I'm hesitant to deliver again.

I am not sure I have signed up to the right app to be a uber eats not uber private hire (taxi). I have signed up on Uber App for being the Uber Eats NOT taxi part. They are asking me for my 2nd part of my V5, and taxi licence which I am not going to do just the Uber Eats. I think I saw on a KZbin video that Uber Eats has two parts on the app that you can turn off the taxi part is this correct or not sir.

Important to mention that Uber Eats just changed their criteria to join! You no longer have to be over the age of 21 and your car can be older than 10 years.

Just started doing Uber Eats tonight for the first time. Can be sitting in the Restaurant, and still says I am two minutes away. Had a dropoff at a Motel, no room number. After 3 orders gave up on this ridiculous App. Doordash and GrubHub App are very easy to use. Uber Eats does pay good, and I like how they keep the messages in the app. But, is a frustrating mess

first day first time I never pushed go button and it gave me the order to deliver gave me person info i delivered a difficult first delivery .Lousy directions in a 20 building apartment complex 3rd floor stairs. If you do the weekends and do 7 or 8 hours u can definitely make between 200 to 250 in one day... That's included with tips. Also as the days are getting hot as hell I prefer to work during the evening til 1am... Ppl are still ordering during does hours. Just be careful.

I got scammed by the Hungry Jacks, I order what it was on the menu but, when it arrived on time, I only had Coke lmao, so I refunded it and got money back, do you know how to properly report missing item? Cuz, they didn't really help me instantly, I wonder why I had to wait couple days to get my money back, I now message the delivery drivers to double check before they come to my door, it works better, I think I should just go to shops myself when I can but during rainy day is a no no. I think about Uber, they lack on security proof or whatever it was called, but hey, it's cheap n fast! I might become a delivery one day.

If the bag is sealed, there is no way for the delivery drivers to check your food. They cannot open the bag and tamper with it for sanitary reasons. All you can do is call UberEats and say you had a missing item so they can refund you.
