Uber Searing Exarch Dead Before Transition with Energy Blade CoC Ice Spear, 3.23 Affliction League

Because projectiles mark and projectile number scaling with Spear is balanced AF (not).
Build is same poe.ninja/builds/affliction/c... but Ice Spear replaces Arc, GMP - Chain, and Sniper's Mark replaces the crit one.

Hi I follow your build completely, but my energy shield is only 1623/9625 only and 1623 is fixed is there anything to fix it? to make it like urs capped 9625/9625

Not sure what do you mean about energy shield being something/something, it’s only life you can reserve. And if you haven’t reserved almost all of your life, your ES will be lower for sure. Try tweaking level of arrogance gem and precision aura to make sure most of your life is reserved.

I had issues with CoC and Headhunter cause of its attack speed buff making you attack while linked spell is still on cooldown. And mageblood gives something 95% of people playing this build archetype miss - adequate movement speed lol. Current pob is pobb.in/d3yuVTzfzWOV

@@m99k11 Thank you. I've just got my hands on a Mageblood. Can I somehow make it work without the Forbidden jewels you think? I have all the base gear but missing Emperor jewel, Forbidden jewels and Enlighten level 4.

@@TomasDavmy You can build it with cheaper jewels like str+es and int+life. Emperors is not mandatory either. And enlighten 3 still gives a lot, just try to put it in +1 gem lvl gloves or shield.

Ms flask in mageblood, more ms from flask suffix, onslaught effect from jewel and charm. Also cyclone is only 20% less ms now.

It has broken interaction with projectiles number increase, so almost 200mil damage compared to around 80mil on Arc with 3 gems swap. But its visuals are cancer and clear isn't good either. So I used Arc for everything but if you have like 200 boss thingies it's worth switching to Spear.

How are you not getting the Energy Blade ES penalty? My POB's (and in game) always have the -50% 'more' under ES calcs but yours does not. I'm so confused. Is it the super high quality that somehow negates it even though it doesn't say so in the tooltip?

Yes that’s the point of using awakened enhance in a +gem level item with EB

Thank you for answering that. Do you recall what the breakpoint in quality is that eliminates the ES penalty altogether? Does it have to be a lvl 5 Awakened Enhanced on +1 gloves? I ask because that's just absurdly expensive. @@m99k11

cool build mate, but im wondering what kind of budget would go into this in order to have a much quicker kill (budget no problem) wanting to get into bossing for once, and trying to find a decent/good build that seems fun to play to do it as (looking at stuff like ice trap/siege ballista/etc.) with the spike of invitations and forbiddens, it looks actually promising for once thanks!

It has like 80mil in Arc and 2.5 times more in ice spear version, can’t get much more with my charm setup - I wanted build for all content, with defences and high movement speed. If we go to previous league version with Balbala and flask cluster to sustain unique flask, we can grab That Which Was Something and 3 charms with extra projectiles each and something else for DPS on them too and double Spear damage cause it scales from projectiles number.
