Well done Cliff for saving the day at the Leicester hotel. Definitely will look at your establishment if I'm ever in that area..Customer service just brilliant. Glad you have found a lovly place to stay. I must admit that i stayed at edendale house in southport last year for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Could not fault the place. People can get defensive about filming stuff, its just human nature. Keep up the good videos your making . Iv enjoyed watching them. Karl.

What a lovely guy and establishment. I remember your last visit here Random. Always a good bet to go back to a place were you had a pleasant experience. Those other places are not only fools but ultimately lost the business. I have a soft spot for Southport!! Some fantastic chip shops there and I love browsing on Lord street. Enjoyed this one. 🙏❤️.x

This is why I will only stay in chains and not private hotels or guest houses as you inevitably always have to put up with the hosts personal views or family environment or situation. They obviously had something to hide if they wouldnt even welcome a bit of free publicity, using excuses at last minute is low.

@@Randomanddesperate I thought it was great that you did it Steve. It was very important to know how badly you were treated and how Cliff helped save you from having nowhere to stay. Also it's good to spread the word about Cliff and his business, it gets him more bookings and well done for naming and shaming the other place. You wouldn't want to stay somewhere so unfriendly anyway Steve. This will have an adverse affect on their business and quite rightly so, they don't deserve custom treating people like that.
