I think it’s cruel them horses constantly going up and down the promenade.I was in Blackpool 2 week ago and one owner was whipping a horse and I mean whipping it .Because the poor horse got spooked and wouldn’t go through a green light Everyone was just looking in disbelief there making a right killing charging £20 one way not a chance I would pay that it’s only £7 in a taxi or £3.50 on tram I don’t agree with it makes my blood boil them horses looked so sad same with the donkeys don’t agree with it
