I get what they doing.. People can hate ubisoft but AC origins and AC odessey sold 10 plus million copies and AC valhalla did 1 billion in revenue making it second most profitable ac game... With yasuke they have new assassin skill set (more action) and with girl they have old assassin skills set (parkour and stealth) ...

Love the Anno games! Excited to check that out. Star Wars looks pretty sick, and I am not even a huge star wars fan. Overall this show was pretty lackluster, but I'm not a huge Ubi fan anyway...

And then they had stage guy come up and tell us about the story we already knew and then they played a video that just reiterated what stage guy said. There was new stuff but I feel like you could have just had the first part and called it good.

I’d say fairly warranted. The game could be good but it has been tainted by Ubisoft’s business model practices. Charge $120 for content locked off on day one is scummy and isn’t okay.

Not really sure people should compare this to starfield. Don't get me wrong. It does look and play better than Starfield. But if we are going to compare, we have to go all the way. 1. Is gameplay and npc interaction based on skill selection. 2. How many planets are there and how many are explorable. 1000 (although 90% are barren) vs how many in this game. 3. Can you build a ship from scratch. 4. How much of what we are seeing is an original creation vs expanding on what star wars has already created. Not saying Starfield is better, it isn't. This game is clearly better. But I am saying it is more difficult to build a universe from scratch than to expand upon things that already exist. So this game is clearly kicking Starfields butt. Yet also doing significantly less.

This has been hands down the worst showcase I’ve ever watched. Ubisoft is shitting the bed at every turn and is becoming more clear that they made need to restructure their management. Thebkeep shoving crap out while completely ignoring franchises that were literal pillars of gaming in the past. Like who in their right mind would think that someone would rather have an Avatar game more so than a new Splinter Cell. Like they have franchises they’re blatantly ignoring just to shovel out games as service garbage. I don’t want them to go bankrupt but honestly they can’t keep continuing this
