Ubisoft Put Me in Their Racing Game (IT'S INSANE!)

Okay so maybe not a FINAL boss - but I'm honored to say I got invited by Ubisoft Ivory Tower to be inserted into their game The Crew Motorfest to have my very own playlist with Shmee150 with a tag team event! It's so incredible to see my Mustang GT, Acura Integra, and 240sx be represented in a major racing game enjoyed by millions. I couldn't be more honored and it was an amazing experience. 6/20/24 I was just watching you Red Eagle Talon Review you posted 7 years back on KZbin, because I wanted to see your review on the 1990 first Talon release since I purchased new/ still own a 1990 Eagle Talon Black Cherry base version (now 34+ years old) 5 speed standard, FW drive only with now in 2024 only 18,500 miles on it ( pretty much its been a garage queen). It pretty much original with the stock engine, no rust, very minor scratches and dings due to storage over the years. I just had the car reviewed for safety when driving that required a tune up, oil change, 4 new brake pads and rotors, a replacement fuel pump, plus a set of tires. I now am using it as my daily Summer driver to put some miles on it. The car was ahead of its time in regards to styling and a lot of bang for the buck when new. i guess mine is now a rare sighting with very few left on the road, watch for my pop up headlights. Oh and on video car racing games I love it when I find an Eagle Talon or Eclipses that is derivable in the game.

yeah they were so aggressive, especially in that 2 lap race in the Integra. They were out for blood, which didnt help in a race where youre supposed to minimize damage to the car, AND get in 1st place.

A really cool collaboration which I would love to play. However as a gamer I just can't get myself to support Ubisoft after they were very clear that all the products you buy from them does not belong to you, and they as a publisher are able to shut you out whenever they feel like. I loved the first the crew and it was superior to the crew 2, but now it's just gone for everyone.

@@DriverDGaming Not sure what fantastic is in your eyes, but I run farming kits (Fame/Loot) for the 6 events, and chilling at top 2-4k? Only exception is skills where Skilled works, better yet if you have Score Breaker set (Which I only have for cars atm, Boat/Plane with 70% Skilled) Keep in mind cars vary extremely between top and what Summit puts you in, peep the leaderboards to see the top cars people are using and pro-setting.

In the grand races my average finish is 5th place and I normally ending racing some of the fastest drivers in the game there when I’m on.

4 exhaust tips on an Integra… 🤮🤮 I hate when games don’t let you choose a muffler for your car, but this is the worst one, where the car comes with 1 exhaust tip stock and the aftermarket bumper comes with 4, 2 on each side. Disgusting. Why the hell all these new games don’t allow us to choose an exhaust tip or muffler style? I freaking hate it.

I'd consider it if they didn't leave The Crew without an offline mode and killed the servers on such a great game. They say we need to "be comfortable not owning games" and think it's okay to not release an end of life patch to make historic games available offline will get new customers. Congrats on being in the game, but I can't support it.

I’m really disappointed with you for working with those Ubisoft s***m after what they did with the first The Crew game. Not going to lie, this feels a bit like a sellout or probably more likely that you got so excited about this opportunity that you forgot about how s***my Ubisoft is. fun fact I fully intend taking Ubisoft to the Swedish debt collection authority, after billing them for my now useless physical pre-order copy of The Crew, where they have even gone as to make the game files impossible to download, because they are just that determined to f*** us over.
