Please professor how would I know I have passed desk rejection stage. I need your reply please prof. Can I use submission to first decision to determine that days/periods to determine that?

It depends on the journal, publisher, and the platform they use. Many publishers like Emerald use platforms that indicate the status of your submission.

How would authors know when you (editor in chief) send to an editor ?
