Same here, i love this game.. just bought it by chance.. got a good discount via steam. And it was worth every penny! I would almost reason that i paid not enough. That's how good the game is and how hooked i am. It's not perfect, but what game is? Since i play, i have a better understanding and a deeper respect for submarines in general, it's surprisingly complex to intercept and hit your targets, they did a good job. Also just the size of our oceans.. and it's hard to find any boat in the ocean and when you have found one, good luck intercepting it.. It is a little science and you need to actively track your targets or lose them. Also.. just to piss off flat earthers.. it's really apparent in this game.. The earth is a globe, haha :) Ships are behind the horizon and etc.. :)

The ocean and water physics look great. The land, buildings, airplanes, etc., look like PS2 graphics, and sort of kills the immersion for me. I also wish more actions could be tied to hotkeys so I don’t have to continually click all over the place, to the same places, all the time.

@@GriddleKake Some can be, many cannot be. I’m playing with a Logitech G600 mouse that has something like 40 unique button combinations available. I’ve got all of the time compressions, map, engine gauge, depth gauge mapped to them, but I wish I could map individual engine settings to buttons rather than have to call up the gauge and manually click what I want in the heat of attempting to command everything else in the middle of a firefight or defensive action, as well as be able to map surface and periscope depth to individual buttons. Crash dive is mapped to H, so why not allow surface and periscope depth to be mapped to something as well? It’s not even an option in the settings.

Comment to rating. If there are 10 layers of cake and 10 points max, than max score is 100. Problem is category 7 with multiplayer. Basically you are saying that only MP games can have 100 points. Which is not fair. Multiplayer should not be category. A lot of people do not play MP anyway.

@@MrVALENTIUS which for the next review, I have already incorporated that by dividing the play style in half so there’s a five out of five opportunity for multiplayer and a five out of five for single player equaling a 10% and not having multiplayer is not always a 0% in the ratingbecause if the game is better without multiplayer, it probably be like a three or four for lack of multiplayer but for good reason either way, this is how I do my reviews. Obviously, all these reviews are opinions.

@@MrVALENTIUS also personally in this stage, I think that all games should have at least co-op capability, which would be a form of multiplayer action personally, I think with where we are in society, it wouldn’t hurt to have the ability to even split screenplay which is still another form of multiplayer, for instance, it would be sick as fuck for this game to haveat least a co-op operation to wear another player could be on the same boat working together to do whatever task or in two different vessels that are working together as part of a Wolfpack which to be fair was something that happened in World War II so it wouldn’t be that far off from the opportunity

you know that with this type of judgment a singleplayer game will never reach 100/100 even if it is perfect and a multiplayer game can be 91% even though it is not as good as the singleplayer just because it has multiplayer which makes it unfair
