I can not log into the app it says "Network connection interrupted, please check if the APP is allowed to use WI-FI network connection or mobile cellular data network." My app is not showing a way to allow Wifi access. I don't see it under my local network permissions under the Privacy section either. I have an iPhone 14 with iOS 18.1.1 Please help!

Video in cloud.. Stopped downloading video after updating the new version.. My cloud subscription expire on 2025 February.. Any solution why it stopped downloading video in cloud storage

poor translation of manual simply read out; with more mistakes. Not much help when the app dosent function correctly anyway
