Hi, could I ask how you got the metal boxes instead of the woods ones? Was this an option you had to call in for?

No, uhaul latest versions have metal ones... you can call your nearest warehouse who will deliver boxes to confirm.. no option to chose from our end !

Yes.. service was U Haul was awesome.. and i suggest you to go for u haul ..and they have market place where you can get movers help for packing, loading and unloading as well ... it will be cost effective than traditional moving company

Worse experience ever!!!! Initially it seemed ok...until they had to deliver it to the destination and that is when the issues arose....lies, being bounced around only to find out that my Uboxes would not be delivered ON TIME and the date that I chose. I would not do it again. Their system to leave instructions is an absolute disaster. Do not trust them at all. Do not do this online if you are still going to do it. I left instructions so many times online and it just would not take. I finally had to email the uhaul service email and they verbalized over email they had the instructions. They date approaches and I send them more instructions and picture and when they date arrives: well we tried to contact you to schedule it and you didn't answer. Absolute BS/Lies/Dishonest. Then they bounce me that day on more than 5 calls that take me hours of my day and all giving me the wrong information only to be told that they are storing my uboxes until July 5th.
