I don’t think I’ve seen a video of Brennan (and I’ve seen many) where he talks so much about epistocracy without mentioning it explicitly. I wonder if that’s a calculated decision for marketing reasons to make the idea more palatable for people.

Calling it „Smart Democracy“ would be even better imho. Smartphone, Smarthome, Smart etc, why not Smart Democracy?
