i’m not really sure what you’re asking but there are some online classes that count for uc credit that are hosted by other uc schools!

yes, there is a bus that goes between berkeley and davis, i’m not sure about taking classes though. as for the waitlist, i don’t think there’s anything you can do to get off, hope that helped!
