Anyone else feel like Kushina and Mito are probably underrated on this scale? They were both Uzumaki, which means they have extraordinary amounts of chakra, both Jinchuriki to the full Kurama (not half like Minato and Naruto early on before Naruto got the other half), and they were masters of Uzumaki sealing Jutsu. Kushina was able to form a barrier strong enough that even the 3rd Hokage couldn't enter it, and restrain Kurama with her adamantine chains while weakened from childbirth and tailed beast extraction, while Mito has a chakra mark on her forehead, meaning she may have been the one who taught 100 Healings to Tsunade. I feel like Kushina is at least 300,000 and Mito maybe 400,000. You even have beginning of Shippuden base Naruto above them, and basically all Naruto could do at beginning of Shippuden that he couldn't do at the end of part 1 was a release a Genjutsu and make a bigger Rasengan, lol.

Bear in mind that on his Jinchuriki power levels video, where he ranks all of the known jinchuriki, he has Kushina and Mito weaker than all of the Jinchuriki except for Fu, Rin, and Bunpuku, more than half of the jinchuriki are at least 300,000 power level, so why would Kushina and Mito, who were host to the full Kurama, the most powerful of the 9 tailed beasts, be so low? Then consider Kushina's feats. Surviving a tailed beast extraction which usually kills a jinchuriki, then still having enough strength left over to make a barrier strong enough that the 3rd Hokage says he can't pass through it (old Hiruzen is probably like 600,000 power level), and hold down Kurama with her adamantine chains, then still have the ability to move fast enough to get between Kurama's claw and Naruto. Then you have Mito, who seems to have the 100 Healings chakra mark on her forehead. Imagine the power of a Jinchuriki combined with 100 Healings. 100 Healings increases war arc Sakura from 174k to 470k on an earlier vid on this channel.
