Yeah, it's a total embarrassment , I honestly believe if it had the correct investment and coverage, it could be one of the most watched sporting events. Even if you don't cycle, mtb you would still be totally captivated watching this event it's that good. But uci have destroyed it , the coverage is ridiculous, nothing live, and highlights are impossible to watch unless it's 24 hours later , complete dog 💩

What the actual f**k? First its nearly impossible to watch the event live anywhere, then we have to wait 24 hours for some sort of recap video and you give us this? There was barely anything shown in this video, the times from the riders were absolutely amazing and the competition was super tight yet we get to see only this tiny bit of a few riders only? And the commentators made it sound like I am watching a f*ing curling event recap on eurosport at 2am.... Downhill MTB is like one of the most exciting sports there is and this is what we get ? really....??

I don't understand how the sponsors of the riders are tolerating this. They spend all kinds of money to get their rider seen in the hopes of selling their product. What is the point when UCI gatekeeps it all? What a horrible investment for a company. Why bother sending them to these races? And what a stupid move to destroy any incentive for sponsors to hire riders in the future. They are definitely killing the sport for a reason

There were multiple broadcasts EACH with different broadcasters to suit the chosen country that you streamed it from. YOU the viewer get to choose which broadcasters you wanted to listen to. This was not a whoop event. Did you not push the play button?

UCI contract SUCKS for viewers, especially in the US. It seems as if UCI is trying to kill this sport. Also, I'm a Max subscriber and not having THE WORLD CHAMPS available on Max is unforgivable. I paid to watch UCI Downhill races this year but I don't get to watch one of the most important races of the year??? We're feeling a bit screwed here.

To let people know down the track that a rider is on track. It also let's the riders know there is another rider right behind them (there are 3 riders on track at one time all the way up till about the final top ten riders) At that point you will see the full runs of the top final riders (instead of the ⅓ race runs where they have to rewind the footage to show the start gate, exactly the same as the redbull broadcasts)
