Employees? I'm thinking the parents of kids not involved on either side of this. I know I'd be either pulling my kid and my money out or talking to a lawyer about suing. It costs a lot of money to go to college. To have that money go to waste because one group feels they can take over the place and disrupt multiple peoples lives, that don't want to be a part of this, is nuts. And it's finals week at some of these colleges, followed by graduation. No, I see colleges that have allowed this to last more than a few hours will see students leaving those colleges for ones that shut down the protests quickly. You want to protest, that is fine. But don't block or threaten people that just want to go about their business.

For the few American citizens attending this college and paying their own way this seams like a pretty easily winnable lawsuit. One of the interesting things that come to light during the Congressional interview of college presidents is that most of their funding is "donated" by other countries, mostly China, while most of the foriegn student's tuition is paid by the tax payers of America. So if Congress wasn't lying and wanted to make this rediculouness right they would stop the American money flowing to the foriegn students and pass a bill taxing foreign "donations" as capital gains.
