Uco lantern oil inserts

I made a case for my uco lantern , but I carry to much with it that I quit using it . I do wish I had thought of making it hold the reflector like you did . I keep all my uco lantern equipment in a very small ammo can that I found . It holds 2 uco lanterns in cocoon protectors , 3 candles , 2 inserts and 2 reflectors , 2 side reflectors, fire starting kit , esbit stove , esbit fuel and pocket wood stove .

Hi. I like oil more than the candle. In my opinion oil is creating more heat. But I tried candle just for about 20 minutes. I not making pouches for sale I'm afraid. Everything what I made is only for myself

Make your own, plenty of YT how-to vids, try Simon, bloke in the woods for a startpoint 👍 I'm just making the whole lantern :-D

Sorry but don't have a link but it's 50 ml aluminium bottle. I cut it at the bottom and glued the bottom plate which I made from aluminium plate. As a template I used the original stand for candle and glued it with JB glue.

Please, can you tell me what thickness of wick to buy? There are for sale in 1mm, 2mm and 3mm. It appears that the small alcohol brass lamp is now being sold without wick. Thanks.

I made from aluminium 50 ml bottle. The yellow one is from aliexpress.
