Why am I as proud of this team as I am of any team in Uconn's history? Because of what they overcame. Just ponder it! Five (good to great) players are, once again, sitting injured on the bench. I'm praying that this is the end of our hellish 3 year injury tsunami. What Geno & company have accomplished while virtually handcuffed for three seasons should be the talk of the college basketball world. It really should.

I am very surprised UConn beat USC. By far their best win of the season. A lot of teams that beat UConn are home. Notre dame, Texas, and ucla.

The team is a bit seasoned now. back then during those losses Paige was finding her footing the team was finding out their identity and this is the end result. I wasn't sure if Paige could do it but she just showed what a leader she is.

Great to see Paige give the glory to God...this team kept their belief in each other and they had to draw on their faith and resliency to the max....God is good...hope they play a good game vs Iowa...they get to play against the GOAT.

As the game ended. There was a ghostly figure floating above the court. It was the ghost of Pat Summit giving Geno the thumbs up and smiling fondly on our beloved Huskies...👻👍

Gee, thx for sharing. Anyone who knows hoops knew JuJu shoots 40% from the field, 32% from 3, doesnt move without the ball, doesnt have a great b ball IQ and slacks off on D most of the tine. She gets bailed out by the refs time and again after throwing up wild shots, Like Harden. She has talent, but right now, not much craft. She puts up 27 shots a game to score 27 pts, that's very inefficient. She ended up shooting only 33% in the post season, that's terrible. In the post season, Paige is scoring 28/game on just 20 shots, and she was even more efficient in the regular season. JuJu did exactly what she was expected to do, zero surprises.

Now this ia a post game interview! Grip about religion all you want and say it should stay out of sports, whatever. THIS is a role model and inspiration to young girls. NOT who can get the most commericals, NI deals, score the most points, yell at the refs, and have the worst possible attitude. CC and AR.
