Hi Mei, I do address UCP600 in one of the modules but I don’t go into detail on every article. It would really take a very long to address and explain each one and for the purpose of the courses we offer, it’s not necessary.

A letter of credit is a very involved and can be complicated legal document. Make sure you know what you’re doing before using one - just a bit of free advice. I don’t have a template for use I’m afraid.

what if you misspell company name on the invoice example rwendo holding instead of rwendo services

Article 18 A states A commercial Invoice must appear to have been issued by the beneficiary(except as provided in article 38) If he Beneficiary is stated as Rwanda Services in the L/c then the commercial Invoice must be issued in the same name Hope this helps
