Canada/Alberta's deficit woes stem from a tax-code that ensures the people who actually earn substantal profits are able to pocket-it-away without taxation, by ensuring that the average constituent is forced to give half of their paycheque away to cover-the-losses poor people who cant acknowledge this basic fact deserve to stay poor rich people who cant acknowledge this basic fact deserve 'UnitedHealthcare coverage'

No, canadas deficit stems from absolutely wild, inefficient spending. You can't tax the rich (and poor/middle income, i agree with you on that) to death.

Don't worry, oil will be going up. The UAE and Saudi Arabia just jointly attacked Houthi's in Yemen. Things are on a path to escalation with that, and the situation in Syria now
