Thank you Osher for all you do!! I got a lot out of your MBSR program. I took it twice. It really helps me manage chronic pain with RA. I'm surprised it wasn't highlighted in your celebration video. It was a beautiful visual tribute non the less. I look forward to another 25 years!

Having just viewed your short anniversary video I was shocked and disappointed to find no mention of the MBSR classes that have changed my life. I took the course with James Mitchell several years ago and have continued with him through his MBSR Alumni Sits. I can't speak to the other practitioners but I can only express how grateful I am to have discovered James and his wise, unsentimental, compassionate and scientific approach to meditation. That the MBSR program isn't foregrounded in your video is a lost opportunity to spread the word about this effective tool for facing the difficult issues in one's life.

I have been participating in the MBSR program at Osher for about 10 years now. I took the course from James Mitchell and continue to attend the Thursday night sits. This program has impacted my life tremendously and I have many friends who have also participated and they loved it. I am disappointed that you did not mention the program in your video. Can you remedy this situation?
