Here, in the music video, they have portrayed a very pure love just through expressions, where Aishwarya sees that Hrithik is sad and instantly tries to cheer him up by getting out of her comfort zone. One could say that it was an overwhelming experience for him to see Sophia let herself go and because of his physical limitations, the only way he is able to express emotion is his face and his words. As u can see he seems to be lost for words so emotions just poured out of his eyes. Another interpretation can be that Sophia who is always composed on her job she let herself go in this moment just to cheer him up and maybe he realised this ( i mean he's an intelligent guy). Amidst all the thoughts of giving up on life, he felt love and concern from Sophia and might have started considering his decision. But he knew he had to leave this behind which made him emotional. He realises soon he would have to leave and this may be the last time he would see her this way.
