Which is why he is confused, awkward, happy n sad at the same time. His laugh never reaches the eyes. If u watch such patients, most of them hv a hard time laughing thru the pain. Hrithik also put on weight for this film.

Guys I always have so much fun while you try to guess what's the context of the song haha. Well yes he's disabled and you could notice but it's not Parkinson, he's actually quadriplegic for 99% of the film hence the challenge was him acting only with his facial expressions and he was truly remarkable. I highly recommend you to watch it
