awesome! How would you go about using Abyss as an underlay/background for something other than ambient music?

I think it's really about puting the sound in the front and that might be related to setting a short attack and low sustain to create plucks and move away from 'pad' or slow evolvoing sounds.

I was able to record and edit MIDI using my keyboard and just by entering the midi notes. I was following this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gl6om6avodCmY6M You add Abyss to the channel rack, create a pattern and write MIDI notes. I'm not an expert in FL Studio so not sure what is your particular challenge
