Jitna easy aap bata rahe ho utna hai nai.. Ek mahine se chakkar laga rahe Sare govt. Hospitals k pehle opd card banane ko kehte hai fir 2 saal k baad ki date di jati hai assesment k liye..hum apne pin code k hospital baba saheb ambedkar par gaye to unhone mana kar diya ki yahan udid card nai bante.. Fir hum aiims gaye waha kehne lage ki hum fresh cases sirf 20 hi lete hai or subah 9baje card banega jiske liye log wahan raat ko 12:30 baje se aaye hue the.. 200-300 logo mein se sirf 20naye patient ka card banega.. Then we visited to ibhas jahan 4 ghante line mein lagne k baad 2saal baad ki date mili hai

Is Disability certificate issued from the Government hospital where the patient is treated for his illness which is outside from his district is valid for 4% reservation in Government jobs and other Government schemes . Plz reply.
