the charger you are using is probably a slow charger, i would suggestion getting an atleast 15watt charger and a fast cable for reasonable speeds

Complain to Oraimo. Have it returned. Most of their products have 1 year warranty. So they'll send another one. As long as it not water damage or you damaged it yourself

It's not the power bank issue but your smartphone charging port needs to be changed or try to use another USB cable to charge it

But I got this powerbank as I got a new Android phone of over 5000mah, and I still have that habit of plugging my phone always, even if it's above 95%... I'd say the powerbank lasts a lot. Considering I use phone alot, I'd say the power bank lasts alot. It takes a day+ to get to 2 bars(remember, my phone is always almost plugged in, and I play games like PUBG.)

The Traveler 4 Pro is better than the Oraimo Pilot power bank. It has faster charging and a flashlight. The Oraimo Pilot power bank is slower and does not have a flashlight.
