Just got mine, or what looks like yours. Mine dont specify it has 20w fast charge. Seems they've redone it with few tweaks and changes. It feels portable in hands too PS- Mine comes with a USB cord and not a Type-C. 😑

@@Lifestyle_With_Danny due to the battery fault of my last phone(iphone), it made me always keep my phone plugged in... But I got this powerbank as I got a new Android phone of over 5000mah, and I still have that habit of plugging my phone always, even if it's above 95%... I'd say the powerbank lasts a lot. Considering I use phone alot, I'd say the power bank lasts alot. It takes a day+ to get to 2 bars(remember, my phone is always almost plugged in, and I play games like PUBG.)

Complain to Oraimo. Have it returned. Most of their products have 1 year warranty. So they'll send another one. As long as it not water damage or you damaged it yourself

It's probably on Low charging mode, Press & hold the Power button for 5 secs to switch to fast charge mode. Also, does your phone support fast charge? Do you have the Traveler 4 pro or Traveler 4. Traveler 4 doesn't have fast charging!

The Traveler 4 Pro is better than the Oraimo Pilot power bank. It has faster charging and a flashlight. The Oraimo Pilot power bank is slower and does not have a flashlight.

the charger you are using is probably a slow charger, i would suggestion getting an atleast 15watt charger and a fast cable for reasonable speeds
