If you’re mixing for flowers it’s lumpy because you should be sifting it together you get a better texture with less stress of having to stir it so much if you use a sifter

I've also been trying to figure out what "hormone " is. It's difficult to research. I think it might be brains, but all I can find is that it is some kind of offal.

In Japan, the Japanese word "Horumon" has become associated with the similar sounding English word, "Hormone". The term actually refers to the Offal (organ meats) from Beef and Pork - Liver, Kidneys, Tripe, and Intestines.
