Beautiful, and delicious looking. These people all work so hard and with care not found in Western society now. And, I love the customers too. It’s astonishing how affordable these meals are. They are works of art.

What amaze me honestly is that they are still healthy, strong despite of their age, i hope people in the Philippines will also have a healthy citizens... I must say trully a good economy can make a healthy citizens, healthy mind, they eat well, clean surrounding, fresh food, they take care of their people. My hopes for my Country but government corruptions is such a very big problem.

In general, tipping is not practiced in Japan. Any necessary service fees are already factored into the prices. Therefore, additional gratuity is not needed.

Talking about great food, I have a scenario that poses a threat to many of Japan's best restaurants for the near future. As the UN Climate Summit looks to encourage nations to reduce reliance on natural gas, I just have to wonder what the Japanese and Asian people (China and the South Pacific region) think about the push for Carbon Neutral policies that their nations are attempting to adopt in the near future (well, not China), especially over Natural Gas reduction. Just imagine the how this will affect restaurants across Asia and Japan; those nations that rely on natural gas for cooking... it won't go over easily once the reality of what is being pushed onto them sets in.

english subtitles - Japanese word for dough and fabric sound the same: kiji. substitute dough whenever you see fabric to make sense.
