This is a Chinese-style cuisine restaurant located in Japan. The Chinese who settled in Japan during the late 19th Century introduced their style of cooking. This developed into "Chūka Ryori", which is a hybrid cuisine of Chinese and Japanese cooking. Ramen and Gyoza are two notable examples of this cuisine style.

@@restaurantman Chūka Ryori (中華料理) translates to “”Chinese food", not "Japanese-style Chinese food". Japanese pride themselves in being accurate and precise. Please do not interpret and 'add meaning' to the translation yourself and confuse the readers. Have a good day. 'Japanese-style Chinese food' would be 日式中華料理.

@@obiwan88thank you for your correction. That person already influenced Wikipedia, a few culinary sources that I’ve read and apparently some Chinese guys who are quite intolerant whenever they hear about Chinese cuisine in Japan.
