This is the neatest kitchen and cooks I've watch in YT for the past two years. Just look around their burners, there's only a few debris of rice spilled during the process of cooking fried rice unlike other videos I've watched. Kudos to the Owner and the staff!

It is refreshing to view one of these videos where the establishment appears to be well-maintained. In contrast, I have seen numerous instances where kitchens, floors, walls, and cooking equipment are in a deplorable condition. The fact that he is both an owner and only 24 years old is remarkable. Your subtitles are fun to read Lolz. Somewhere after the opening of the store the young owner/a staff member Asano san were both vigorously frying rice. Your subtitles in English say that the owner "is shaking the pot *gorgeously* " 😲. This is the first time I have heard that tossing fried rice in the wok/kuali can look gorgeous LMAO. Meanwhile Asano san at the next stove is also shaking his pot/wok (both men are actually using deep frying pans with handles) in a *spectacular* manner! Bravo,just carry on!!!
