To anyone struggling to add a notification in ue4's new layout: The area where you can track the animation and move around the frames is a grid, with each frame as a column and each row as an element of the left side bar. As such, all you need to do is have your mouse on the same row as one of the "Notifies" element on the left side. Then, when you right click, the "Add notification" option will be available.

@@tyla1196 Yes I did. I used a timeline with a event track to retrigger the sound. And to check if the player is moving you can check what the player velocity is via the capsule. Then depending on the walk speed of your chacter you set when the timeline starts and stops. Use a print string on the velocity to see the walking velocity you need to check for. For a second option you can use a set timer event node instead of the timeline. I found the timeline option works the best though. Hope that helps!
