It had to be sent to the printers before then to get it out now - the Premier League 24 album had a cut-off date for stats of early October, and that was released a few days before Christmas. Had they waited, it would be a race against time to get it out in time for the tournament.

No, it's real - Topps snagged the rights to UEFA national competitions in either 2021 or 2022. They better not repeat the later years of their contract with the Premier League, because they sucked after 2017 (and don't even get me started about the 2018/19 edition - that reeked of contractual obligation).
